This notice explains the limited information used to register, license and improve PolyBanner™. Last updated 3 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your information
PolyBanner is a registered business name of Cristian Polycarpou, a sole trader in Australia. This notice applies to Cristian Polycarpou trading as PolyBanner (“we”, “us” or “our”), who is responsible for the personal information described below.
Information collected
When you register or purchase, PolyBanner™ may collect your name, email address, optional company or role information, Stripe registration identifiers, licence plan and licence status. Device activation stores a privacy-safe device identifier, device name, plugin version and licence check times. Anonymous website analytics may store an approximate country code derived by the hosting provider from the request IP; PolyBanner™ does not retain that IP address in its website analytics records.
Information not collected
PolyBanner™ does not collect or upload your Photoshop artwork, client names, filenames, layer names, artwork contents or project details.
How information is used
- To create and manage your licence.
- To enforce the two-device allowance and support temporary licence-server outages during a verified Photoshop session.
- To send essential Beta, activation, support and service messages.
- To understand anonymous website traffic by approximate country.
- To understand basic product health, such as plugin versions and generation counts.
- To prevent misuse and resolve technical problems.
Service providers
Stripe processes registration and payment information. Supabase securely stores licensing and activation records. Website hosting providers may process standard technical logs needed to operate and protect the site. These providers handle information under their own security and privacy commitments.
Marketing
Beta registration does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing. Promotional emails will only be sent where appropriate consent has been obtained, and they will include an unsubscribe option.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for licensing, support, security, legal and product-improvement purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect stored information.
Access, correction or deletion
To ask what information is held about you, correct it or request deletion where applicable, email polybannersupport@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, accounting or legal reasons.
