Beta Terms
These terms explain the free testing access offered before PolyBanner™ launches commercially. Last updated 22 July 2026.
1. Free 60-day access
Your Beta licence gives you access to PolyBanner™ for 60 days from registration on up to two devices. No payment method is required, there is no automatic subscription and you will not be charged when the Beta ends.
2. Beta software
PolyBanner™ is still being tested. Features may change and the plugin may contain errors. Keep backups of important Photoshop documents, review generated outputs and do not rely on the Beta as your only production quality-control process.
3. Licence use
The Beta licence is for the registered tester or their studio team and must not be sold, shared publicly, reverse engineered or redistributed. The included installer, sample files and documentation remain the property of Cristian Polycarpou.
4. Feedback
You may be invited to provide practical feedback about reliability, usability and output quality. Feedback is appreciated but optional. PolyBanner™ may use that feedback to improve the product without identifying you publicly unless you separately agree.
5. Your content
Your Photoshop artwork, filenames, client names, layer names and artwork contents are not uploaded by the licensing system. You remain responsible for the content you use with PolyBanner™ and for complying with your own client confidentiality obligations.
6. Ending Beta access
The Beta licence expires automatically after 60 days. Access may be suspended earlier if the licence is abused, redistributed or used to interfere with the service. Commercial Annual or Lifetime licences may be offered separately.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
